I bought it around November in black color, the vacuum was perfect at first, everything was fine, everything was perfect until I tried to change the bag. I changed it, and it showed that there was no bag in the dock. I tried another bag from the same company, still nothing. I contacted the company, they told me what to do, I followed the instructions, nothing. I contacted Skroutz, they told me to send it to Poland, where it originally came from. It took 1-1.5 months, it returned about a week ago, I started it, everything was fine, but after a while, the same issue with the bag happened again. I thought maybe it wasn't fitted properly, so I put another company bag, please, and it worked fine. After a while, it stopped mopping, so when I attached the mopping cloths, they would fall off. I reattached them, same thing. I did a reset, nothing. I tried to clean the dock through the app, the area where the mops rest was full of water, the dock neither sucks nor releases water. I have to say this is the worst thing I have ever bought, so much money wasted and the company is unacceptable. I sent it for one malfunction, they created ten more. Stay away from this vacuum!!!!!! If I could, I wouldn't give it any stars at all
