Sponge cake NoCarb® Recipe:
- 1 package of NoCarb® Sponge cake Mix
- 5 large eggs (approximately 300 g)
- 30 ml oil
- 120 g sweetener of your choice
Method: Separate the eggs, add 2 tablespoons of sweetener to the egg yolks, mix until light and add the oil. Add the remaining sweetener to the egg white and make a stiff foam. Add the fiber mixture to the yolk and incorporate. Then add the egg foam and mix gently. Pour the mixture into the baking pan and bake in a preheated oven (160°C) for 30-35 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.
