Vitex Lussolac water-based surface varnish protects wooden surfaces indoors and outdoors. It is odourless, single-component and made with self-crosslinking acrylic and polyurethane resins, with UV filters for resistance to sunlight and weather conditions. The satin finish has a gloss level of 20–30 units at 60°.
The varnish offers excellent spreading, hardness and elasticity. It is certified to EN 71-3 for the non-migration of heavy metals and is suitable for children’s toys. It can be thinned with up to 10% water and applied with a roller or brush. It is touch-dry in 1–2 hours, and can be recoated after 6–8 hours. Coverage is 12–14 m²/L for one coat and 6–7 m²/L for two coats.
