The perfect winter beverage is salep, which is made from the tuber of the orchid plant. The process involves cleaning and dehydrating the tuber, followed by grinding it at different stages to create the final product.

• 2 cups water
• 1 tsp. Salep (12 g)
• Cinnamon

In a small pot, add 2 small cups of water or milk and dissolve 1 teaspoon of salep (8g), then boil while stirring until it thickens. Garnish with cinnamon, cloves, or ginger.
