It is created according to the traditional Oriental recipe and is sugar-free.
INGREDIENTS- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp. Salep (12 g)
- Cinnamon
In a small pot, add 2 cups of water or milk and dissolve 1 teaspoon of salep (8g). Then, boil while stirring until it thickens. Garnish with cinnamon, cloves, or ginger.
