Manufactured from high-quality 21/0 stainless steel, specially developed for the food industry. The most important advantage of these stainless steel pots is their thermal conductivity, which is up to 30% higher compared to conventional steel 304 pots. Yato Gastro products are characterized by increased resistance to mechanical damage, organic acids, and detergents, and are resistant to heavy abrasion and washing in dishwashers.
It is very important that the 21/0 stainless steel pots do not contain harmful substances for human health, such as manganese and nickel. The special design of the pot's bottom distributes heat evenly across the entire lower surface, thereby increasing the level of heat and cooking efficiency. This solution reduces the risk of food burning.
The ferromagnetic coating on the bottom of YATO Gastro pots allows use on any type of cooking machine, such as:
