The YATO calibrator is particularly useful for all tasks involving PEX-AL-PEX or PERT-AL-PERT pipes. It is designed for pipes with a diameter of 20mm. When cutting these pipes, their profile tends to deform. There is a risk of leaks during the installation of fittings, which can lead to expensive repair costs. YATO calibrators also combine the function of deburring both internal and external edges. Each size of the calibrator features special internal and external blades on both sides. Thanks to this design, all processed covered pipes are simultaneously calibrated to give them a perfect round cross-section, ensuring a tight connection, and then deburred to smooth the edges and allow for even pressure on the pipe up to the end of the fitting.
