The black cable tie CV-160STW is made of polyamide 6.6 and measures 160 x 4.8 mm. It is suitable for operating temperatures from -40 °C to +85 °C and can withstand temperatures up to +110 °C for short-term use.
At low temperatures, its elasticity decreases and its brittleness increases. At higher temperatures, its plasticity increases, causing the material to elongate and reducing the required breaking force.
