Nice dehumidifier, works with Tuya which is good so you don't need a special app if you have other Tuya devices. The remote control is a bit inconvenient. The reason is that if you turn on the dehumidifier from the buttons on the device itself, the remote control is like an A/C remote and doesn't know it's on, so it tries to turn it on again. In the simple mode it collects a decent amount of water. In the clothes mode it collects a lot of water. Overall, I recommend it.

This particular dehumidifier: 1. Does not make noise, only a soft operating sound that is not annoying. 2. Moves easily around the house thanks to its wheels. 3. Removes humidity satisfactorily. However, it blows cold air as if you have the air conditioner on. We got a dehumidifier to break the humidity a bit and warm up our bones, but instead, we "got the short end of the stick." You can't stand next to it unless you want to catch pneumonia. I don't know why this happens. If any expert reads my message or any Morris consultant, please contact me to give me a solution. If I find one, I will return with a new review. Additionally, I don't know how on earth the HEPA filter fits in without forcing the back door.

The machine is quite powerful and when you remove the filter it becomes turbo. I have an issue with the noise, the plastics resonate, if you put your hands on it and press it down it stops and you realize how it is almost silent, but of course this is not a solution and since it is only 4 days old I will contact the service as it is very annoying at night.

Incredible dehumidifier. 100sqm house and in 2.5 hours the humidity drops from 80-82% to normal levels of 52-55% easily. I bought this particular dehumidifier to get results in a short period of time and not have to wait 6 or 8 hours for the humidity to drop. I have ordered the same one for my holiday home as well

Very good and it really does the job. Yes, it is relatively quiet on the low setting and overall I am very happy with the choice. It also has AI that decides on its own what to do.

It is excellent. Much better than the previous Morris one I had. It lowers the humidity from 65% to 45% in 1-2 hours (80 sq.m. house on an island). - Its wheels are very good. It moves very easily around the house.
- It has an AI function (why they call it AI I'm not sure, you just set a desired humidity level and it maintains it).
- Very easy wifi connection (Tuya app)
- The tank could be more practical. It's a bit difficult to empty if you don't have a large sink.
- One negative I found is the touch surface, which leaves fingerprints and is not easy to clean.

It is very good so far. I also use the program for clothes quite a lot. It loses 1 star because it is quite noisy, "stealth" not at all :)

Very good dehumidification in a 125 sqm house. It starts at 77 and in a few hours drops it to 60, 59, and 57 depending on the days. Worth it. I will come back regarding its durability, it's too soon to tell.

Coming from a Juro Pro 25l Oxygen which was very good, but the years passed and I decided to make a change, the Morris is on another level, a bit less noise (not silent or anything, let's be reasonable, it has a motor), it reduces humidity quite quickly, its dashboard and the mobile app are just perfect. Among all the positives, I should also mention the negatives: after about 5 days it started leaking water from the bottom and from the back cap, maybe a material failure, and the fact that the service center is in Thessaloniki and not Athens where I live. Although the lady was very polite and told me they would try to be as quick as possible, the courier picks it up and they pay for it. Now I just have to see when it will be returned to me so I can add the other two stars because it is a very powerful machine.

It has to be within one meter of the router to have a connection and it makes a lot of noise. There's no way you can sleep even if it's in another room and in sleep mode. Unacceptable. I wonder how people give it 5 stars!

The dehumidifier is very good. The only thing is that at temperatures of 20 degrees and below, there is a deviation in temperature and humidity. As soon as the HEPA filter is removed, the noise decreases and the humidity and temperature readings are perfect

I am leniently giving 2 stars for the following reason. The dehumidifier is fully equipped. Very powerful machine and full of extras. In its category, it is the most complete. But... its noise is unbearable. Maybe I got a defective unit. We're talking about the sleep mode making more noise than at the third setting. I returned it only because of this.

The only negative is that sometimes the vibration from the motor is transferred to the plastic parts and it rattles.

It does what it promises. It sufficiently lowers humidity levels. The application for remote operation is satisfactory.

I have difficulty operating it with drainage since the tank fills up again and stops. The drainage hose must be almost vertical from the back and still water falls into the tank instead of the siphon, making continuous operation almost impossible.
Also, the Wifi got misconfigured at some point due to the app. To connect it, it must be off and unplugged. You plug it back in, press WPS on the router and hold the operation and On/Off buttons for 5 seconds until it syncs, while you have the Tuya app open and that way it connects again.
In any case, it is totally worth the money, since usually within 2 days at most when there is a lot of humidity, the tank is full, which means it is very efficient after 1.5 years of full operation.

Purchase 249€ black Friday. I live in Cyprus where the humidity in the house was through the roof. Amazing machine, sturdy construction, silent operation. Worth it 1000%!

Personally, for this specific dehumidifier, I have very good things to say; within a week, it reduced the humidity from 70-75% with continuous operation in AI mode to a permanent 55% with just a few hours of operation now, and the difference is obvious. Excellent for a 130 square meter home (excellent). Now, for maintenance, you need to clean the filter every 2-3 days because it collects quite a bit of dust. Very positive is the large tank, which needs to be emptied once a day and sometimes every 2 days. The noise issue, theoretically the quietest, makes quite a bit of noise to have it in a bedroom at night. Very useful purchase

Purchase 2/12/2024. Having experience from a previous dehumidifier Morris, I decided to get the new "model." Unfortunately, the noise remains quite high despite the better specifications and features. The plastics occasionally resonate and you have to nudge it to stop. From experience, the problem only worsens over time. I expected more. Next time I will choose another brand, Morris is done for us.

I didn't expect it to work so well. I use it in an area with a lot of humidity, and it hardly needs heating. I highly recommend it
