The Atomos Shinobi II is a lightweight 5.2-inch on-camera monitor, ideal for vloggers and professional content creators. It offers high brightness, advanced camera control features, HDR support, and modern exposure tools for precise framing and shot monitoring.

Enhanced Monitoring Experience

The 5.2-inch touchscreen features a 1920 x 1080 resolution and an exceptionally high brightness of 1500 cd/m², ensuring excellent visibility even in bright sunlight. With its slim profile and a weight of just 7.4 oz (210g), it features dedicated mounting holes next to the 1/4"-20 threads to prevent unwanted rotation on the rig.

Advanced Control & Touch to Focus

Through the USB-C and 2.5mm LANC ports, you can directly control settings on compatible Canon, Fujifilm, Nikon, Panasonic, and Sony cameras. With AtomOS 11’s Touch to Focus feature, you can set the focus point, trigger photo capture (HDR bracketing, focus stacking), and monitor the camera’s recording status in real time.

AtomOS 11 Operating System & Image Tools

Equipped with AtomOS 11 software, it provides professional tools such as false color, waveforms, zebras, and a histogram for precise adjustment of aperture, ISO, and shutter speed. It supports HDR (HLG/PQ) with a dynamic range of 10 stops, and allows you to import up to 8 custom LUTs for an instant preview of the final color grading.

Flexible Power Options

The monitor features a centered slot for Sony L-Series / NP-F batteries for better balance. It also supports power delivery via USB-C PD (10W) and can simultaneously power the camera itself through its USB-C PD 13W output. It comes with a dedicated HDMI/USB-C cable locking adapter to prevent accidental disconnection.
