    I have been suffering from nasal dryness for years. I had tried pharmaceutical treatments and other supplements, but this is the only one that worked. I use it daily, from 1 spray per nostril 2 times a day (when I am well, for maintenance) up to 2 sprays per nostril 6 times a day (when symptoms of dryness are about to appear, resulting in complete relief!). I have not noticed any side effects. It has a very simple composition (isotonic NaCl solution + aloe) and no preservatives. Another positive aspect is its long shelf life after opening (6 months), although in my case it runs out in 2-3 weeks.
