    The parts of the jug are made of very poor quality plastic and break very easily!! Whether it's the locking lid or the entire handle that attaches to the jug... When I went to order a new jug, the price they told me was almost half the cost... And they don't repair them, so we ended up fixing it ourselves... it lasted a bit longer... Terrible service. It's sad that two such big companies, Parousiasi and Kitchen Aid, do not provide quality matching the price, nor corresponding service!!
