I made dough for panettone and although it is a very sturdy construction, when the dough was initially thicker, the whole machine was shaking on the counter and I didn't expect that, for such an expensive machine! ... it disappointed me a bit, that's why only 4 stars.

It does indeed heat up well for bread dough specifically, I believe it is not something that appears over time but rather its construction. Its price has increased compared to last year, but it is worth buying... maybe not at the current price but it is truly an investment!

After 10 years it stopped working.
The problems are that it had difficulty with doughs and would overheat excessively, e.g. in the 20 minutes needed for 600g tsoureki dough. The dough hook was replaced with a stainless steel one from Temu, which also has a collector for the oils that drip from the motor.
