Also, I was not very satisfied with the lubrication it offered to the eye since it lasted a short time and sometimes caused me mild discomfort. After consulting with my ophthalmologist, I stopped using them and returned to 'artificial tears' drops

The product is excellent for those who spend many hours in front of a computer screen. One dose in the morning and you feel comfortable all day.

I was using thealoz for a year now and I think this one is much better.
With thealoz, many times I felt like it was doing good and bad at the same time.
This one seems to work much better for me.
**I tried systane ultra and it didn’t suit me, my eyes teared up during sleep and I had the same feeling as with thealoz. So far, the hydration is excellent.

This particular hydration is a miracle... I had a serious infection in my eye, and now even months later it is still healing... the infection has left a scar on my cornea, and without the use of medication, I have stinging and blurriness... with this product, my vision and eye are returning to normal, but if I forget it, I experience blurriness again because my eye hasn't fully healed yet. The nozzle is not convenient... yes, a drop falls if you squeeze it, but another one stays behind, and if you try to drop it with a movement, it either falls wherever or onto the bottle... so one drop is lost every time.

I give 4 for the spout, otherwise it would have gotten 5. Unfortunately, the spout is now off-putting, half of it spills out.

Very moisturizing, they relieve dry eyes a lot and I use them every day. Unfortunately, they are expensive and it's a big expense for us who buy them every month because we can't do without them.. if they were 5-6 euros they would be truly ideal. Also, since the packaging changed, many drops are lost during use.

Before the high temperatures started, they were okay!!! When the heat began, they stopped working effectively! I wear contacts, and even though I put them in, I still feel my eyes dry, and after a little while, they sting and turn red!

The new bottle is terrible. Half of the product goes to waste. You have no control over the drops, so your eye stings and it goes everywhere except the eye. Only 1 out of the 6 drops will hit the target.

Very good. Every month I alternate between Thealoz Duo and this one, Systane Hydration, without preservatives so that the eye doesn't get used to it (in my opinion), since I have to use it due to intense dry eye.
It is very good and doesn't leave any marks on the eye. However, I feel Thealoz better many times.
Attention: Make sure it is the one that is stated without preservatives. I accidentally bought a Systane that didn't state that it was without preservatives and it left marks on the eyes/eyelashes, like a white silicone

After an eye injury, I was advised to use drops with hyaluronic acid for a few months in order to heal better. In the past, I had used the Hye ampoules, which were very good although a bit pricey. Since I had another eye injury, I tried the Systane Hydration, and I can say that it is just as good, if not better, than the Hye ones. The bottle also doesn't have the traditional dropper; it has a small rubber piece so that the right amount falls when you press it, without dispensing too much into the eye.

The Systane Hydration (there are two versions: with or without the label "preservative-free") is aimed at those who have chronic dry eye syndrome, which in my case, being temporary dry eye, was not effective (I tried both versions, with or without preservatives). On the contrary, the Systane Ultra MPDF is much more effective for me. (In contrast, the Systane Gel Drops from the same company caused irritation and general discomfort when I used it). NOTE: There are two versions of the Systane Ultra product, one with the label "preservative-free" and another version that does not have this label. For me, the one with the label "preservative-free" is more effective.

I don't know how to express it better. As a product (the content), it is good. However, the implementation... The edge on the bottle, the way it pours the liquid, is almost flat with a strange tip. Practically, it is very difficult to drop controlled 1-2 drops that are needed. Practically, you waste, it is wasted, much more than you need. And it is one of the most expensive on the market

Very good packaging, better than the one with preservatives, moisturizes and relaxes the eyes, so why doesn't it work for dry eyes, I don't understand.

Immediate and continuous hydration, top choice, as I have tried almost all alternatives, at least for my own eyes. Very expensive, however, thanks to the soft bottle and its thin nozzle, not a drop goes to waste.

They provide tremendous relief from itching and dryness. Much better than the ultra. Always, for my own eyes :)

Excellent! After a few days, you feel a difference in your eyes. I tried other eye drops, but either they didn't cover me for dry eyes, or they bothered me or caused irritation.

I expected it to be moisturizing but it ended up causing irritation in my eyes.... So in my next order, I included the 30-dose vials of Systane Ultra UD lubricating ophthalmic drops. This is an eye drop that expires in one month and doesn't do its job!
