The Head Immobilizer 0805908 consists of two sections made of foam material with a vinyl cover. It is secured to a base with straps, allowing for adjustment to different types of stretchers. It can be used in conjunction with the Transport Board 0805907 and the Scoop Stretcher 0805910.

The head strap is designed to fit the patient's forehead, and the openings allow monitoring of the ear. It is designed to naturally support the head of the injured person, avoiding additional pressure. It provides minimal interference with X-ray, MRI, or CT scan devices.

The waterproof plastic coating prevents the growth of bacteria on the components and does not absorb blood or bodily fluids. It is durable and easy to clean. It can be used in very cold weather and has direct contact with the skin.
