I bought them from an electronics chain store in a physical shop. I know they are genuine. I have had them for 9 months already. They work flawlessly. In a noisy environment, the sound isolation works ideally. They have strong audio and you can hear clearly. And yes, they are quite durable. In the first month, they fell out of my car and I was looking for them. They stayed in an exposed area with frost and humidity during the winter months for almost 5 days until I found them again, and they continue to work flawlessly. The cable does not tangle at all. In the ear, okay, on a scale of 10, I’d give them an 8. I have not tried them in running conditions, etc., etc... but there they lose a little in the rating. Note: they are used with an iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Shame itself is ashamed, they broke in 10 days! Specifically, I plug them into the phone and the phone continues to play from the speakers

No device recognizes them as Samsung USB C Earphones but as AB13X usb audio - an imitation of these earphones.

I bought these headphones at the beginning of 2020 and a few days ago one of them stopped working, so they lasted five and a half years with heavy use. The mesh they have inside comes off easily after the first few months, which is the only negative. As for the sound, it is powerful, sometimes more than someone might want, I would choose them again for headphones.

Jumbo headphones for 2 euros have a vastly superior sound. To the point that I really wonder if the ones I got are defective. They are the most wasted 10 euros someone can spend. Get something else. Anything!!!

I prefer to pay double the money rather than buy them again. The quality is terrible, the sound doesn’t come out well, they also don’t make good contact, they stop working and you have to take them out and put them back in the phone for them to work. Obviously, they are used and they sell them as new.

The worst thing I have ever bought. I wanted them for music and the sound is terrible. I can't even be heard clearly on calls. Just awful. Don't buy them.

I have had them for 2 years for use mainly on Samsung S21FE, very good quality and durability.
On the negative side: they get tangled relatively easily and when I connect them to the usbc of my Laptop they do not work as audio headphones.

After 2 weeks of use at home and only to listen to music 2-3 times a week, the left earbud just stopped working.....

The headphones are a imitation, no relation to the genuine ones from Samsung.

They fell apart within a month, probably considering the videos circulating on the tube that they might be imitations. Be very careful, I had the same authentic ones and they lasted two years. Also, I want to mention that from the very first moment they had issues with automatic volume adjustments, while when you connect them to the device, various apps would open automatically.

Value for money headphones with thick/durable cable, remote control with 3 buttons (volume adjustment and accept/reject call). For someone who wants honest, branded wired handsfree, at a very good price that withstands the test of time, without having the performance of professional headphones, I highly recommend them.

I received them and they were not working properly (noise and debris in the sound), it may be a defective product, I got my money back, so I do not have a definite opinion on the product.

The headphones are generally good... in conversation they are not the best (they could be a little clearer) but it's not something that is discouraging. And in music as well as in conversation, if you raise the volume quite a bit, it distorts somewhat but not to the point of being annoying.

I bought them because they were supposed to be among the few compatible with my device (Pixel 6a) and the reviews were satisfactory for the sound. However, when it comes to sound, the bass is excessive and the treble is almost nonexistent. As for compatibility, the volume increase and pause function work, but not the volume decrease.
