Extremely honest for what it promises you. It tells you from the first spray that "I am a clone of JPG Le Male Elixir" ... and I would add, quite a good one. It opens with sage, dominant lavender, and mint, a very aromatic opening, and the honey note that stands out in the Elixir and makes it what it is as a fragrance is completely absent. So obviously we're not talking about an identical scent but clearly it's close to 80-85% ... easily. Then comes a bit of smoke along with vanilla. Longevity is moderate to good, projection is moderate, and the dry down is much lighter, you get a sweet vanilla until it fades away. It's a bit sweeter; if we said that JPG Le Male Elixir is honey-sweet, this one here has a sweetness with more of a biscuit aura (even though there is no biscuit in the pyramid). If you have them side by side, you'll see they're not identical, but when you wear only this, it reminds you quite a lot of the Elixir by JPG in the air. For the money, it's honest, without pretending to be a royal fragrance (except for a pompous text on the box as if it's a knight's perfume, which I found excessive for a clone fragrance, but okay, there's marketing, I understand ... in the end, the fragrance is what matters). Honest.
Τρομερα τιμιο γι' αυτο που σου υποσχεται. Σου λεει απο τον πρωτο ψεκασμο πως "ειμαι κλωνος του JPG Le Male Elixir" ... και θα προσθεσω εγω αρκετα καλος. Ανοιγει με φασκομηλο, λεβαντα που υπερισχυει και μεντα, αρκετα aromatic ανοιγμα και απεχει εντελως η νοτα του μελιου, που ξεχωριζει στο Elixir και το κανει αυτο που ειναι σαν αρωμα. Οποτε προφανως δεν μιλαμε για ολόιδιο αρωμα αλλα ξεκαθαρα ειναι κοντα στο 80-85% ... ευκολα. Μετα ερχεται και λιγο ο καπνος μαζι με βανιλια. Διαρκεια μετρια προς καλη, projection μετριο και το dry down αρκετα πιο ελαφρυ, σου σκαει μια γλυκια βανιλια μεχρι και το σβησιμο. Ειναι λιγο πιο γλυκο, αν λεγαμε πως το JPG Le Male Elixir ειναι μελένια γλυκο, αυτουνου εδω η γλυκαδα εχει πιο μπισκοτενια αυρα (χωρις να υπαρχει μπισκοτο στην πυραμιδα). Αν τα εχεις διπλα διπλα θα δεις πως δεν ειναι ολόιδια, οταν ομως αρωματιστεις μονο με αυτο τοτε σου θυμιζει αρκετα στον αερα το Elixir απο JPG. Για τα χρηματα του τιμιο, χωρις να το παιζει κανενα βασιλικο αρωμα (αν εξαιρεσεις ενα βαρυγδουπο κειμενο πανω στο κουτι λες και ειναι αρωμα ιπποτων που το βρηκα υπερβολικο για αρωμα κλωνο αλλα οκ, υπαρχει και το μαρκετινγκ, καταλαβαινω ... το αρωμα μετραει στην τελικη). Τιμιο.
