The Motorline LINCE400-S-em4-FULL-KIT motor kit automates a single-leaf swing garage door and includes a linear electromechanical actuator with permanent grease lubrication. The motor operates a door leaf weighing up to 250 kg and measuring up to 3 m wide. The actuator is non-reversible and features a hex key release for manual operation in the event of a power outage.

The kit includes an electronic control board in a waterproof plastic enclosure, two wireless remote controls and wired safety photocells. An electric lock is required for door leaves wider than 2.5 m.
