The Motorline LINCE400-S-ec4-FULL-KIT automates a single-leaf swing garage door with a leaf weighing up to 250 kg and measuring up to 3 m wide. It includes a linear electromechanical actuator with permanent grease lubrication and non-reversible operation, as well as an electronic control board with receiver in a waterproof plastic enclosure. The motor operates on a 230 Vac power supply and can be disengaged with a hex key to move the door manually in the event of a power outage.

The actuator has a useful piston stroke of 40 cm and a maximum opening angle of 108°. An electric lock is required for leaves wider than 2.5 m.
