Excellent cream for combination/sensitive/slightly oily skin. Hydration, soothing, calmness.

After 100 years of trying face creams, I have been using this one for 2 years now. Perfect texture, full hydration, it doesn't clog the skin at all. I used to use acne products and since I stopped, all the acne disappeared and finally my skin is hydrated again.

It does what it promises. It moisturizes very dry skin that is undergoing acne treatment.
I am very satisfied. It has a nice feel and is lightweight.
I have now also bought the corresponding one from La Roche, once I finish it, I will return to compare them.

The dermatologist recommended it to me because I am undergoing a very harsh acne treatment that causes intense dryness. Normally, I have combination skin, but with the treatment, I felt tightness and peeling for the first time. It is very good for this specific purpose. If I didn't take the medication, I don't know if it would work for me. However, for very dry skin, I consider it to be very good. It relieves tightness and moisturizes very well.

I bought it today. It is a soothing cream, perfect for acne-prone skin treatments (that's why I bought it). I read some comments and I have to say that:
1. It absorbs easily.
2. It smells like every Avene product.
3. I don't feel like I have put anything on, meaning it's not heavy on my skin.

My pharmacist told me that it is the appropriate moisturizer for people undergoing acne treatment and experiencing dryness at the same time.

I believe I will buy it again.

I am taking acne pills for the second time and I have tried several moisturizers. I consider this one to be one of the most reliable for this case. It moisturizes well, relieves the feeling of tightness, and does not irritate the skin at all. The only negative is that it leaves a heavy feeling on the skin and does not absorb easily. I recommend it more for nighttime use and less for morning use, as in combination with sunscreen, it weighs down the skin a lot, especially now in the summer.

I use it on dry skin due to the treatment I am undergoing with acne pills, and it has worked perfectly. It fully moisturizes and is soothing.

Not one of my favorites from this company! As for effectiveness, it is a good product that does what it promises! It felt a bit heavy on me! Specifically, after a few minutes of absorption, it left me with intense greasiness! It's definitely not for me, but I might consider buying it again in the future during a different season because our skin doesn't have the same needs all year round!

Quite moisturizing and lightweight. The face didn't peel at all. Light texture and fully absorbent. Too bad I didn't have something similar for the lips. I recommend it with closed eyes.

One of the best face moisturizers for acne-prone skin during acne treatment. It helped me a lot, especially during winter, fully hydrating and soothing my irritated skin from treatments. After all, that's its job. It is the only moisturizer that no longer triggers my pimples and acne, even though I still had a lot of oiliness even after 2 hours of application. Now, during the summer, I chose a different cream because of the oiliness it gave me, although it may be considered slightly heavy even though it has a lightweight texture. I highly recommend it!

Although it has a light texture, it does not absorb into my combination skin, but rather sits on top of it and causes shine. It does not adequately moisturize me.
Its positives are that it did not worsen my pimples and perhaps helped some discolorations fade faster.

I wanted a good moisturizer, due to the acne treatment I was undergoing that was causing intense dryness on my face. This specific cream did not help me. Many times, it would irritate my face and cause redness after applying it. It did not provide me with proper hydration nor did it have any effect on my pimples and redness.

Moisturizer that I used during my isotretinoin treatment...I had changed it in the second month because I considered it a bit expensive but then I returned to it as it was the only one that was effective

My dermatologist recommended it to me for hydration, along with the epiduo cream for acne (this cream causes severe dryness to the skin). I can say that it moisturizes adequately, but there is still a feeling of "tightness" and peeling on the face from the epiduo, so it doesn't work miracles. It absorbs easily, however it leaves a lot of shine on the face, so I only use it at night and not before applying makeup.
Conclusion: I recommend it with some reservations

My skin is dry and oily at the same time with many imperfections and pimples.
I had a terrible issue with pimples on my forehead, but a dermatologist recommended it to me and I decided to try it.
Initially, it smells amazing.
It is so lightweight, absorbs almost instantly, and you feel the hydration from the first moment.
Gradually, the pimples started to disappear, which I don't understand but it happened.
Since I started using it, I hardly need to wear makeup 3 times.
It is now my go-to cream.

I have acne and oily skin. I used it while I was on acne medication. It didn't peel my face at all compared to the first time I did the treatment and used a different cream. It does exactly what it promises, soothes the skin. Now that I'm no longer on medication, I can't use it. It feels quite heavy to me.

It is very very very good for dry skin. I have bought it 4-5 times. I have been using it since I started acne treatment with pills and my skin became dry. Overall, I highly recommend it. However, if you have oily skin, I would not recommend it. Of course, the packaging is not good because when you think it's finished and there is no more cream, if you cut the packaging, it releases another week's worth of cream that is left on the walls

Average moisturizer. When I applied it to my skin, it left me with the feeling that it couldn't be absorbed by my skin and it stayed on the surface, resulting in a very shiny appearance as if I had sweated. When I washed my face after the evening, my skin felt dehydrated and tight, meaning as I previously mentioned, it was as if the cream had not penetrated my skin enough to do its job. At least, this was my perception. I won't give it 1 star because at least it didn't clog my pores and worsen my acne
