  • It arrived with a defective battery. I returned it, and they said it couldn't be repaired and that they would send me another new one. In the end, they sent me the same defective one again. I sent it back again and got a refund.

I bought it and have had it for over a year. It is nice, with indicators, silent, and does not smell.
However, there is no way it is 850VA as stated. I tested it with a computer and a projector that draw 290W and it didn’t last even half a second. Maybe it has very strict overcurrent protection or it’s just a mediocre quality inverter. On the contrary, an old noname 800VA with the same battery handles the computer and projector just fine.

I changed its battery since the 7Ah after a year had dropped to 2.4, and I put in a good CSB 9Ah, but nothing changed. Still, when I opened it, I was impressed by the good, clean, and quality construction of the electronics.

In short, if you want it for a computer, a router, etc., it’s perfect.
If you want it for larger loads, get something more expensive.
