Bioclima ClimaTop Granite decorative acrylic render creates a matte finish with a granite appearance, thanks to its coloured aggregates. It is ready to use, requires no dilution, and can be applied to interior and exterior masonry, as well as used as a finishing coat in external thermal insulation systems. Its water-repellent film, elasticity, breathability, and resistance to dirt and weathering help protect the surface.
Suitable for plaster, concrete, cement board, plasterboard, and well-adhered painted surfaces. Apply one coat of ClimaTop Primer first to new, porous, or cementitious surfaces. Apply with a stainless-steel trowel, working from the bottom upwards, after mixing with a low-speed power drill. Coverage is 4–5 kg/m² per coat. Touch-dry time is 1–2 hours, recoating is possible after 24 hours, and full curing takes 14 days. Clean tools immediately after application with warm water and soap or a detergent solution.
