Bioclima ClimaTop Granite is a ready-to-use, acrylic, paste-like decorative coating with colored aggregates that creates a granite appearance. It is suitable for interior and exterior masonry, as well as a finishing coat for external thermal insulation systems. It features a hydrophobic protective film, high breathability and elasticity, and resistance to dirt and weathering.
Apply with a stainless steel trowel using a pressing technique, working from the bottom upwards. On new, porous or cementitious surfaces, first apply one coat of ClimaTop Primer. Coverage is 4–5 kg/m² per coat. Drying times are 1–2 hours to touch, 24 hours before recoating and 14 days for full drying. Clean tools immediately after application with warm water and soap or a detergent solution.
