Bioclima ClimaTop Granite is a ready-to-use, acrylic, paste decorative final coating with colored aggregates. It creates an effect that resembles granite, offering:

• High breathability and flexibility
• Resistance to dirt and weather conditions
• Suitable for exterior and interior use

Characteristics:

• Ready-to-use paste material without the addition of water
• Granite effect through colored aggregates
• High resistance to weather conditions
• Flexibility that helps accommodate thermal loads
• High vapor breathability with vapor permeability of 150–250 g/(m²·d)
• Hydrophobic protective film
• Dirt resistance

Application surfaces:

• Plaster
• Concrete
• Cement board
• Gypsum board
• Previously painted surfaces
• External thermal insulation systems

Yield: Consumption of 4–5 kg/m² per coat. On porous or cement-based surfaces, 1 coat of ClimaTop Primer is applied beforehand.

Finish: Matte

Application method: Spatula (stainless steel), applied in a "pressed" manner from bottom to top.

Tool cleaning: Immediately after application with warm water and soap.

Drying time: 1–2 hours to touch, fully cured in 14 days.
