The Bioclima ClimaTop Granite is a ready-to-use acrylic, paste-like decorative final coating with colored aggregates, suitable for surfaces that require durability and aesthetics. It creates a finish that resembles the appearance of granite, offering:

• High breathability
• Elasticity that allows resistance to thermal loads
• Resistance to pollution and weather conditions

Features:

• Ready-to-use paste material without adding water
• Granite effect through colored aggregates for a special finish
• High breathability with vapor permeability of 150–250 g/(m²·d)
• Hydrophobic protective film that does not crack when applied correctly
• Classified as an organic coating for exterior and interior use

Application surfaces:

• Plaster
• Concrete
• Cement board
• Gypsum board
• Previously painted surfaces well anchored
• External thermal insulation systems

Areas of Use:

• Exterior facades requiring enhanced durability

Coverage: Consumption of 4–5 kg/m² per layer. For new/porous or cementitious surfaces, it is recommended to use 1 layer of ClimaTop Primer before applying ClimaTop Granite.

Finish: Matte

Application Method: Spatula (stainless steel), applying by pressing from bottom to top.

Tool Cleaning: Immediately after application with warm water and soap or detergent solution.

Drying Time at 23°C: 1–2 hours touch dry, fully cured in 14 days.
