Bioclima ClimaTop Granite decorative acrylic render creates a matte granite-effect finish, thanks to its colored aggregates. It is ready to use without adding water and can be applied to interior and exterior masonry, as well as a finishing coat in external thermal insulation systems. It is flexible and highly breathable, with a hydrophobic protective film, and resists dirt and weathering.
Suitable for plaster, concrete, cement board, plasterboard, and well-adhered painted surfaces. Apply one coat of ClimaTop Primer first to new, porous, or cementitious surfaces. Before use, mix with a power drill at low speed, then spread with a stainless-steel trowel, working from the bottom upwards. Clean tools immediately with warm water and soap or a detergent solution.
