Bioclima ClimaTop Granite is ready to use, acrylic, putty decorative final coat with colored aggregates, designed for surfaces requiring durability and aesthetics.

• Creates a final appearance resembling granite
• High breathability, elasticity, and resistance to pollution and weather conditions
• Suitable as an organic coating for external and internal use on masonry according to EN 15824
• Product also suitable as a final coat in external insulation systems

Characteristics:

• Ready-to-use putty material without water addition
• Granite effect through colored aggregates with a special finish
• High resistance to climatic conditions and environmental stresses
• Elasticity that helps in behavior under thermal loads
• High breathability with vapor permeability of 150–250 g/(m²·d)
