Thin-wall heat-shrink tubing is used for insulating wire connections, repairing conductors, protecting the cable head from corrosive substances, and protecting the cable insulation from water and moisture. They restore the integrity of the cable insulation. It is a thin-wall plastic tubing that, at temperatures above 120°C, shrinks to a certain degree.
The material is resistant to high temperatures and ultraviolet rays.
