For household use, if you are careful especially when taking them off to reuse them, you need to pay attention because they can tear, but with one pair you can do your work for days, they are very durable and for tough tasks that I personally use them for. They have an elastic band at the wrist for water, I did not experience any allergies, and if you use talcum powder inside, they are perfect. I will definitely buy them again.
