Instructions for Use: Wash the towel separately before first use. Place it over the yoga mat with the silicone Nubs facing down. It can also be used directly on the floor. For better grip from the beginning of your practice, you may lightly spray water on the areas where your hands and feet will be placed.

Washing Instructions:

• Machine wash in cold water with similar colors.
• Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
• Do not use bleach.
• Avoid fabric softeners, dryer sheets, or detergents containing softeners, as they reduce the non-slip performance of the towel.
• Dark colors may release excess dye during the first few washes. Caution is recommended when using on light-colored yoga mats or with light-colored clothing.
