Bioclima Climatop Granite is an acrylic decorative finishing render that creates a granite effect with coloured aggregates. It is a ready-to-use paste that requires no added water and can be applied to interior and exterior walls, as well as a finishing render on external thermal insulation systems. Its matt finish features a hydrophobic protective film, is breathable and offers flexibility and resistance to dirt and weathering.
Suitable for plaster, concrete, cement board, plasterboard and well-adhered painted surfaces. New, porous or cement-based surfaces should first be primed with ClimaTop Primer. Apply using a stainless steel trowel, working from the bottom upwards. Coverage is 4–5 kg/m² per coat. Touch dry in 1–2 hours, recoatable after 24 hours and fully cured after 14 days.
