I got it for the motorcycle seat because so far two stray cats have torn mine. I have not fully concluded on how good of a job it does because I am not consistent in its application. However, I think I saw a difference. In the beginning and for a few hours, it has a quite strong smell, repellent for... everyone. I am frugal because it probably needs more applications than once a week and definitely after rain, so it runs out faster

It tends to repel animals, but don't expect miracles. It's better to spray it in a clean area and it requires repetition.
