Ferrous Bisglycinate
Easily absorbable form of iron, which does not cause constipation or stomach discomfort. It is a neutrally charged molecule, meaning it does not bind or interact with other nutrients, such as calcium, and can be taken regardless of meals (e.g., dairy products). It is characterized by a high storage rate in the body compared to other forms of iron with immediate and noticeable results in important indicators, such as ferritin and hemoglobin.

This helps avoid side effects that may be caused by free iron ions, such as constipation, nausea, and stomach disturbances. 

Unlike other forms, bisglycinate iron does not carry an electric charge, is a neutral compound, and therefore does not inhibit the absorption of other nutrients, such as calcium, vitamin E, or vitamin C.

Dosage

  • 1 capsule once daily. 
  • To be taken with a meal along with water.
