Portable digital recorder suitable for any recording, in combination with a digital photo/video camera (DSLR, DSLM). It uses SD or SDHC memory cards as storage media.

  • New High Definition Discrete Architecture (HDDA) microphone preamps by Tascam
  • Improved XLR/TRS Combo jacks
  • New "HI+PLUS" setting that allows you to increase input sensitivity to 64dB
  • 2 outputs with independent output level adjustment to the camera input
  • The device automatically switches power source from external to internal when needed
  • Recording capability up to 4 channels
  • Independent input level adjustment for channels 1, 2, and 3-4
  • Supports up to 44.1/48/96 kHz, 16/24-bit, linear PCM (WAV format)
  • Supports Broadcast Wave Format (BWF) files
  • XLR microphone inputs with phantom power (+24V/+48V)
  • TRS mic/line inputs
  • Stereo mini jack input
  • Low-cut filter (40 Hz, 80 Hz, 120 Hz)

    It is amazing in terms of build quality, it has amazing sound, many settings, easy setup, the 4 stars are due to battery life. It does not have a very long battery life. Overall, as a construction, it is the best there is. It is very small and very sturdy.
