The whole construction is very poor. Its main disadvantage is its unique door latch. Personally speaking, out of the five doors in my house, it doesn't fit ANY of them!! Ολη η κατασκευή ειναι παρά πολυ φτωχή. Το βασικό της μειονέκτημα ειναι το ειδιαιτερο κούμπωμα της στην πόρτα. Για να μιλησω και προσωπικά, απο τις πεντε πόρτες που διαθέτει το σπιτι μου δεν ταιριάζει σε ΚΑΜΙΑ!! Σας προτείνω να μην κανετε αυτην την αγορά διοτι δεν θα εχετε την επιλογή να την επιστρέψετε!! Αυτα ηταν ολα για την χρήση του ως μονοζυγο. Τωρα το μοναδικό του πλεονέκτημα ειναι οτι μπορει να αποτελέσει βάση για κάμψεις ( χεριών και στήθους ) και για dips. Κλείνοντας θελω να επισημάνω οτι και να βρείτε κάποια προστασία στην οποία θα εφαρμόζει, άμα ξεπερνάτε τα 70 κιλα θα νιώθεται ανασφάλεια να κρεμαστείτε. Αυτα και ΜΗΝ ΤΟ ΑΓΟΡΑΣΕΤΕ!
If the door frame is somewhat thick, then the door pull-up bar does not reach to attach to the upper (horizontal) frame. What I did was take a plank of the same dimensions (L-W-H) as the plastic part of the pull-up bar that is placed (rests) on the horizontal frame, drilled holes in the same spots, and replaced the 2 specific screws with ones twice as long.

The only thing that bothered me is the point where the two rods are connected. If you want to do pull-ups with a closed grip, this point experiences a lot of tension.
For now, everything is fine. I use it almost every day.
Update: February 2021: The rubber at the points of the handles has come off from use.
Αν το πλαίσιο της πόρτας είναι κάπως παχύ τότε το μονόζυγο δεν φτάνει να κουμπώσει στο πάνω (οριζόντιο) πλαίσιο. Αυτό που έκανα ήταν να πάρω μια σανίδα ίδιων διαστάσεων (Μ-Π-Υ) όσο το πλαστικό του μονόζυγου που τοποθετείται (ακουμπά) στο οριζόντιο πλαίσιο, άνοιξα τρύπες στις ίδιες οπές, και αντικατέστησα τις 2 συγκεκριμένες βίδες με άλλες διπλάσιου μήκους.

Το μόνο που με δυσαρέστησε είναι το σημείο όπου ενώνονται οι δύο ράβδοι. Αν θες να κάνεις έλξεις με κλειστή λαβή, το σημείο αυτό, δέχεται μεγάλο τράβηγμα.
Προς το παρόν όλα εντάξει. Το χρησιμοποιώ σχεδόν κάθε μέρα.
Update: Φεβρουάριος 2021: Τα λάστιχα στα σημεία των λαβών έχουν ξεκολλήσει από την χρήση.

The whole construction is very poor. Its main disadvantage is its unique door latch. Personally speaking, out of the five doors in my house, it doesn't fit ANY of them!! I suggest you not make this purchase because you won't have the option to return it!! That's all for its use as a pull-up bar. Now its only advantage is that it can be used as a base for arm and chest bends and for dips. In closing, I want to emphasize that even if you find some kind of protection to apply, if you weigh over 70 kilos, you will feel insecure hanging on it. That's it, DO NOT BUY IT!
Ολη η κατασκευή ειναι παρά πολυ φτωχή. Το βασικό της μειονέκτημα ειναι το ειδιαιτερο κούμπωμα της στην πόρτα. Για να μιλησω και προσωπικά, απο τις πεντε πόρτες που διαθέτει το σπιτι μου δεν ταιριάζει σε ΚΑΜΙΑ!! Σας προτείνω να μην κανετε αυτην την αγορά διοτι δεν θα εχετε την επιλογή να την επιστρέψετε!! Αυτα ηταν ολα για την χρήση του ως μονοζυγο. Τωρα το μοναδικό του πλεονέκτημα ειναι οτι μπορει να αποτελέσει βάση για κάμψεις ( χεριών και στήθους ) και για dips. Κλείνοντας θελω να επισημάνω οτι και να βρείτε κάποια προστασία στην οποία θα εφαρμόζει, άμα ξεπερνάτε τα 70 κιλα θα νιώθεται ανασφάλεια να κρεμαστείτε. Αυτα και ΜΗΝ ΤΟ ΑΓΟΡΑΣΕΤΕ!
If the door frame is somewhat thick, then the door pull-up bar does not reach to attach to the upper (horizontal) frame. What I did was take a plank of the same dimensions (L-W-H) as the plastic part of the pull-up bar that is placed (rests) on the horizontal frame, drilled holes in the same spots, and replaced the 2 specific screws with ones twice as long.
So, after tightening them, I installed it on the door and it was fine. Something like this: https://ibb.co/album/dS5Yva
The only thing that bothered me is the point where the two rods are connected. If you want to do pull-ups with a closed grip, this point experiences a lot of tension.
For now, everything is fine. I use it almost every day.
Update: February 2021: The rubber at the points of the handles has come off from use.
Αν το πλαίσιο της πόρτας είναι κάπως παχύ τότε το μονόζυγο δεν φτάνει να κουμπώσει στο πάνω (οριζόντιο) πλαίσιο. Αυτό που έκανα ήταν να πάρω μια σανίδα ίδιων διαστάσεων (Μ-Π-Υ) όσο το πλαστικό του μονόζυγου που τοποθετείται (ακουμπά) στο οριζόντιο πλαίσιο, άνοιξα τρύπες στις ίδιες οπές, και αντικατέστησα τις 2 συγκεκριμένες βίδες με άλλες διπλάσιου μήκους.
Αφου λοιπόν τα έσφιξα, το τοποθέτησα στην πόρτα και ήταν εντάξει. Κάπως έτσι: https://ibb.co/album/dS5Yva
Το μόνο που με δυσαρέστησε είναι το σημείο όπου ενώνονται οι δύο ράβδοι. Αν θες να κάνεις έλξεις με κλειστή λαβή, το σημείο αυτό, δέχεται μεγάλο τράβηγμα.
Προς το παρόν όλα εντάξει. Το χρησιμοποιώ σχεδόν κάθε μέρα.
Update: Φεβρουάριος 2021: Τα λάστιχα στα σημεία των λαβών έχουν ξεκολλήσει από την χρήση.

The little iron used to hold it on the door frame is made of plastic... it doesn't hold it at all.
