The Riverbed Hunt board game by Odd Statue Games is a strategy and deduction game for 4 to 9 players. Each player is randomly assigned the role of a trader, a separatist, or a speculator, which determines their play style.
On their turn, each player chooses one of three actions: dive to explore river tiles, swim to move around the board, or reveal tiles. They can also play an ability card from their hand to strengthen their strategy. Players bring items to the surface until one of the victory conditions is met: seaweed helps the traders grow their trade with the humans, logs help the separatists hinder it, and coins help the speculator mislead the others about their intentions and make a profit.
