The Ooni wireless digital BBQ thermometer measures the temperature of the baking stone using infrared radiation from a distance of 30 to 50 cm. It scans the surface from front to back and records the minimum, maximum and average temperatures, making it easy to tell when the oven is ready for cooking. Pull the trigger to start measuring.
The backlit LCD screen offers three ways to display readings. The thermometer is calibrated for stone baking surfaces and includes settings for other surfaces. It has a removable aluminium ring for hanging from the hooks on Ooni stainless steel tables.
