The saw is designed to cut sponge cake surfaces measuring 600 x 400 mm and sponge cakes with diameters from ø 5 cm to ø 40 cm. The sponge cake saw is made of hygienic, durable aluminum. Its long blade, measuring 57 cm, is extremely sharp and precise, made from stainless steel. It is the only one on the market certified for food contact. The blade is properly tensioned and mounted on a milled element. It does not bend or twist. The mechanism is well balanced and stable, thanks to the non-slip PTFT feet. The sponge cake surface can be adjusted to a thickness of 1 cm to 6 cm, ensuring that each layer is cut evenly.
