The Axagon CRE-SM3T card reader connects to a computer via USB 2.0 and reads contact smart cards, such as ID cards, bank cards, and CAC, IC, and SIS cards. Plug & Play enables immediate recognition without installing drivers, while using the card requires a suitable application. It is compatible with Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android, as well as USB 1.1.

The LED indicator briefly lights up when activity changes and then turns off. The non-slip base helps prevent it from moving accidentally on your desk, and it is powered via the USB port.
