I don't usually write negative reviews but this product is really bad. First of all, the noise it makes is very loud, nothing like the low noise they claim it has. I previously had a much cheaper pet clipper from a well-known department store (that sells everything) which was truly silent and much better (but unfortunately it is no longer available). Also, even if I overlooked the noise (which is not insignificant at all because there are many dogs that are fearful and that's why silent clippers exist, so it's unacceptable to sell a product as silent when it's not), the machine is useless. It doesn't cut at all the not very thick hair that my dog has. I requested a refund but the store rejected my request, I understand but it's unacceptable for such products to be sold.
