The professional HairTech Infrared HT089 hair straightener straightens hair with ceramic plates, an ionizer and infrared radiation. The KIS system combines long-wave infrared radiation with a fiber-optic ion generator that releases 400,000 ions per cm³. Infrared radiation helps keep hair soft and shiny while reducing frizz.

The X-Tourmaline ceramic plates are floating, and the MCH heating element helps them heat up quickly. The digital LCD display shows the temperature, which can be adjusted across 15 settings. The straightener features automatic shutoff after 1 hour of use and a built-in thermal safety fuse.
