Preparation Instructions:

Mix 1 serving of 50g (about 2 tablespoons) with 150-200ml of water. For 4 pancakes: simply mix 50g (about 2 tablespoons) with 150ml of water in a shaker. Pour 50ml of batter (about 1 tablespoon) into a non-stick pancake pan and cook until golden brown on both sides.
