    Within three months it stopped working!
    There is no authorized service store in the Attica area nor an external partner for repairs.
    They force you, at your own responsibility, to package the product and send it to them.
    In case you haven't packaged the product correctly, they emphasize that they will not cover it under warranty.
    In my case, I did not take responsibility but the store did, and after half a month they told me as an excuse that the product had cockroaches inside and is not covered.
    A response after so many days, and as they told me over the phone, the delay was due to quality control.
    Suddenly, cockroaches were found!
    I'm informing you humanly!
    Imagine two and a half months without a TV and the answer I received after half a month.
    Of course, I will take legal action.
    Stay away!!!!
    You will regret it!!!!!

    After the phone communication we had on 29/01, as I informed you, I made a purchase from a well-known chain store in the Korydallos area to gift it to my mother, who is severely disabled and lives with mechanical support.
    As you informed me over the phone, in order to check the TV, since there is no authorized service store or external partner of yours in Attica for home inspection, you would have to send us a box.
    Specifically, you told me that we would be required to package the TV ourselves after reading in detail the instructions inside the box, and also, at our own responsibility, to send it to you.
    You emphasized that if it is not placed correctly in the box and we have not packaged it properly, you will not cover the repair or replacement under warranty.
    Based on your statements, I rightly refused because regardless of the fact that in this case you were informed that my mother is disabled and helpless, I believe with all due caution that we are not obliged to take on such responsibility and we are not your employees to be forced into this whole process and package for you so you can repair it for us.
    Rightly, the store manager also refused to take on such responsibility as I was informed by headquarters after my relevant request.
    Exceptionally, and in order to assist, the store owner, as the manager informed me, proposed that we bring the TV to their place as is, without packaging, and they would, after you sent them the box, package it and then send it to you, which is what happened.
    After so many days of waiting, I contacted the store manager by phone to be informed, and as he told me on 05/01, the store sent the product to you because there was a delay on your part regarding the shipment of the box, which they were waiting for, and they had not received any update from you for so many days regarding the TV.
