The Bravair Clima FCL 110 fan coil heats and cools the room using forced air circulation and water circulating through the system. It can be installed on the floor or ceiling, although ceiling installation is recommended for proper air circulation. The built-in room thermostat measures the water temperature in the heat exchanger and activates the fan when the temperature is suitable.
The washable air filter can be removed from the underside of the unit without tools. The water connections can be accessed by removing one screw, while the front panel can be removed with seven screws to access the components. The unit can also be operated with a wireless remote control.
