Easy plug n play installation (at least on my vehicle). Be careful during installation, don’t put them straight into their sockets. First try with the connector outside the housing; if one of the two doesn’t light up initially because they are polarity-sensitive, turn it around (i.e. swap the poles at the connector) and it will work. It looks like a quality, well-made product. They worked right away. My car did not show a burnt bulb warning, so the CANBUS accepted it normally (SEAT MII). Note that my CANBUS is not one of the very sensitive ones; caution is needed depending on the car model. Now as for performance. Compared to the halogen ones I had before, there is a big difference. Very rich light for the small lights - daytime running lights (i.e. permanently on). Especially in dark places (underground parking) or very early in the morning, they perform very well. Also, you are much more visible to oncoming drivers without being annoying, and there is none of that dull yellowish tint that the halogens had. Definitely the main lights need to be changed to similar bulbs so you have a uniform and aesthetically pleasing result. See the before and after photos for reference.
