The Sandflex® bi-metal hole saws are specially designed for cutting metal but can also be used with most materials, such as wood and plastics.

The hole saw cuts:

  • ferrous materials (steel, stainless steel, cast iron)
  • non-ferrous materials (aluminum, brass, copper)

General information:

  • Max cutting depth 38 mm (1 1/2”)
  • Bi-metal construction with 8% cobalt for increased wear resistance
  • 4/6 teeth per inch
  • Max hole size = nominal hole saw size +1.5 mm./- 0.0
  • Very large sizes: 168 and 210 mm with 6 teeth per inch, normal cutting depth 177 mm with 4/6 teeth per inch, max cutting depth 50 mm
