It is a good grinder but it is not suitable for espresso. It grinds even to a fine powder (if you shake it at the same time) but the result in the machine has nothing to do with the manual burr grinder I had to buy.

I researched it a lot in practice and tried various things. My own conclusion is that if you want real espresso with a machine like the Delonghi Dedica, you need beans, a burr grinder, and a non-pressurized portafilter.

Final conclusion: if we are talking about espresso, do not buy this grinder. Buy pre-ground coffee, you will not get the benefit of grinding because it is not the right grind.

It is indeed sturdy as others mention, it cuts well but you have to constantly keep an eye on the time to achieve the desired result. Also, another downside is its cleaning which is quite difficult - I would say annoying if done daily.

One of the best products I have purchased as its size is very small and makes it very convenient to use and to move. Its quality is very good and makes it a must-have gadget for every home.

The first impression is how small and convenient its size is. The second is the quality of construction and how heavy it is in the hand and stable on the counter due to its weight as well as the non-slip base; the button for grinding and the lid are plastic, while the main body is made of stainless steel. It grinds just enough for a small amateur Krups espresso machine and grinds well; I have only used it with coffee beans so far.
