The Sandflex® bi-metal hole saws are specially designed for cutting metal but can be used with most materials, such as wood and plastics.

The hole saw cuts ferrous materials (steel, stainless steel, cast iron) and non-ferrous materials (aluminum, brass, copper).

  • Max cutting depth 38 mm (1 1/2”)
  • Bi-metal construction with 8% cobalt for increased wear resistance.
  • 4/6 teeth per inch.
  • Max hole size = nominal hole saw size +1.5 mm./- 0.0.
  • Very large sizes: 168 and 210 mm with 6 teeth per inch, normal cutting depth 177 mm with 4/6 teeth per inch, max cutting depth 50 mm.
