Specifications
The complete steam pot set is made from high-quality stainless steel. The steel used is one of the best alloy grades, ensuring high corrosion resistance and very good durability. The material allows for rapid heating of dishes and retains heat for a longer time. It is suitable for use on induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen cooktops. It can be safely washed in dishwashers.
The pots feature heat-resistant handles in rose gold color. The walls of the pot heat up much more slowly than the base, allowing proper circulation of the steam inside the pot, facilitating cooking at temperatures below boiling point. These thermal conditions help retain metals, vitamins, and nutritional values in the dishes. The thickness of the pot walls is approximately 1mm.
The five-ply, thermally efficient base of the pot features a special aluminum plate that allows for the storage and even distribution of heat. The lid tightly covers the inlets, preventing steam from evaporating while allowing condensation to return to the pot.
Two inlets allow for the simultaneous preparation of two separate dishes or the preparation of a double portion of one dish. The set is easy to clean.
