The pots feature heat-resistant handles in rose gold color. The walls of the pot heat up much slower than the base, allowing for proper circulation of moist air within the pot, facilitating cooking at lower temperatures than boiling. These thermal conditions help retain metals, vitamins, and nutritional values in food. The thickness of the pot walls is approximately 1mm.
The five-ply, thermally efficient base of the pot features a special aluminum plate that allows for heat retention and even distribution. The lid fits tightly over the components, preventing steam from escaping but allowing it to condense back into the pot.
