The complete steam pot set is made of high-quality stainless steel. The steel used is made from a superior alloy commonly found in world-class products, ensuring high resistance to corrosion and very good durability. The material allows for quick heating of dishes and retains heat for a longer period. It is suitable for use on induction, gas, electric, ceramic, and halogen cooktops. It can be safely washed in dishwashers.
The pots have heat-resistant handles in a rose gold color. The wall of the pot heats up much slower than the base, allowing proper circulation of hot air inside the pot, making it easier to cook at temperatures lower than the boiling point. These thermal conditions help maintain the metals, vitamins, and nutritional values in the dishes. The wall thickness of the pot is approximately 1mm.
The acoustic thermal, five-layer base of the pot features a special aluminum plate that allows for heat storage and even distribution. The lid fits tightly over the inserts, preventing steam from escaping while allowing condensation to occur inside the pot.
Three inserts allow for the simultaneous preparation of three separate dishes or the preparation of a triple portion of one dish. The set is easy to clean.
