Overall I have been satisfied for the last three months. However, I had a lot of trouble until I connected it to the network (maybe the signal is to blame). Also, the portions are not accurate at all! Sometimes it will dispense 4g of food and other times 18g. I am trying to control my cat's weight, and this does not help at all. Maybe it is something that can be fixed with a reset, but I am afraid to risk it not connecting to the network.

It worked perfectly for a year and a half, now it keeps jamming and when it unjams or rather when you unjam it, it makes mistakes in the portion dosages.

I received it today and if you don't press the button no food comes out, and when you press the button it says 2, 3, 12 grams... and it doesn't pair at all...

It does what it is supposed to do correctly.
It has a calibration issue that does not affect anything.
The cat runs to eat as soon as the motor starts.

One of the best purchases I have made for my little friend. If you feed your cat on a schedule and in specific quantities several times a day for health and well-being reasons, it makes your life much easier.

Within a month the power supply stopped working and it started acting up, disconnecting on its own, I have to keep resetting it all the time.

It seems they tried to improve the accuracy of the dosing (since with the previous version you weren't sure how much it would dispense each cycle), but they added other problems:
1. You can't dispense a smaller dose, for a treat for example. The smallest you can give is always 10g (+-5)
2. It needs very frequent calibration, because the weight sensor is obviously at the base of the bowl, which, however, is not particularly stable in this position. Therefore, with the slightest movement, it will ask you for calibration.

It's a pity that the previous version is not yet available at a reasonable price

Very good purchase, I solved the feeding problem for 2 cats at home and now they can stay alone when I travel. I monitor the quantities remotely and I can make adjustments. It works very reliably, even if the internet is lost or there is a power outage. The 5lt capacity is more than enough, more than a large bag of food. The only thing that was a bit difficult for me is that it is programmed with a logic to enter breed, cat weight, etc. instead of, for example, directly entering the grams or portions you want it to dispense.

From the first trial with 3 days away from home, I am very satisfied. I monitored everything from afar, it worked perfectly. I set up an automatic schedule for hours and doses, I watched the grams it dispensed, and once I added extra food. If anything changes later, I will provide an update. The only downside is that to have peace of mind, you need to keep it plugged in. It also takes batteries, but it seems to me that it's more for safety in case of a power outage rather than for continuous use with batteries. So you need to have a socket close to the spot where you will use it.

Perfect! Because we feed our cat 4 times a day after various dosages the ideal was 2 servings/per feeding where it totals about 70g. It wanted to drop around 3-4 times until it was set up correctly.

The bowl constantly needs calibration because it gets moved by my cat, also the portions are not accurate at all.
I don't feel safe leaving my cat for 1 or 2 days since it constantly needs adjustment.
Do not buy it, really the worst purchase, it doesn't dispense food even for 24 hours, it keeps stopping because the bowl needs calibration!

I wonder about the other reviews, maybe I got a defective one
